Toby is part of the Investor Services team at RealWay, supporting the day-to-day work that helps property investors and owners stay organised and informed. From coordinating keys and quotes to assisting wherever needed, Toby plays an important role in keeping the team running smoothly behind the scenes.

New to the real estate industry, Toby brings genuine enthusiasm and a strong work ethic to the role. What drew him to property was the opportunity to help people navigate decisions around one of their biggest assets, whether that’s buying, selling, or investing.

Before stepping into real estate, Toby spent several years in hospitality. That experience helped shape his people-first approach and natural ability to connect with others. He enjoys meeting new people, understanding their situation, and doing what he can to make the process easier and more positive.

Outside the office, Toby keeps busy with strength training at the gym, basketball, and video games. At home, his two mini fox terriers, Bert and Biscuit, keep life entertaining.
