Stephanie Jones is the friendly face you’ll often see at routine inspections as part of the RealWay team. As an Inspections Agent, she brings a warm, approachable nature and loves building genuine connections with clients out in the community.

Stephanie’s interest in property grew after going through the experience of selling her dad’s home and buying her own in the same year. That journey sparked a strong interest in real estate, which paired perfectly with her love of being out and about.

Originally from Ferny Grove in north-west Brisbane, Stephanie has called Toowoomba home for the past five years. Outside of work, she enjoys camping, antiquing with her partner, and Saturday morning Parkruns through Queens Park.

A former competitive gymnast for 12 years, Stephanie can still hold a handstand for 10 seconds, which is proof she’s got great balance in more ways than one.
