Simone is Elliot Scholefield’s dedicated Personal Assistant, bringing a wealth of real estate experience to the team. Since joining RealWay in 2022, Simone has worked across both Property Management and Sales, with prior experience in NSW.

Known for her approachable and empathetic nature, Simone prides herself on being honest, trustworthy, and genuinely helpful. Her passion lies in supporting people to achieve their goals, making her a valued guide for buyers and sellers on their real estate journey.

Outside of work, Simone is a devoted wife and mother to three daughters and two cheeky dachshunds. She loves the outdoors, healthy living, and embracing all the joys life has to offer.
