About Ricky

Born and raised in Toowoomba, Ricky Smith has watched his hometown grow from a bustling regional centre into a vibrant, culturally rich city. With deep community roots, Ricky brings personal and professional experience to real estate, along with a history of successful ventures across multiple industries.

From running Ricks Auto Centre with his father Alf to Mid City Autos with his brothers, and then Concept Tiles with his wife Debbie, Ricky has a long track record of award-winning business. Through Concept Tiles, he worked closely with architects, builders, and investors, supplying tiles to 80% of Toowoomba’s display homes. This experience gave him a unique insight into what clients truly want when investing in property.

Ricky’s path led him to establish Aussie Outdoor Sheds and Patios Display Centre in Withcott with Debbie, adding another layer to his property expertise. His diverse background and years of networking have equipped Ricky with a vast database of contacts and a strong reputation in the Toowoomba and Lockyer Valley markets.

A proud community advocate, Ricky has supported causes like St. Vincent’s Hospital, Toowoomba Base Hospital Children’s Ward, and Variety Children’s Club. Having called the Lockyer Valley home for over 23 years, Ricky deeply understands life in the region and is committed to delivering “Good Old Fashion Service.” With Ricky, clients can count on being well-informed and receiving outstanding, dedicated service every step of the way.
