Mikayla O'Neill

As a Business Operations Assistant, Mikayla works across the business, supporting the Property Management, Business Operations, and Marketing teams. She has a finger in every pie, keeping things moving, picking up where it counts, and making sure nothing falls through the cracks. She's organised, quick to connect with people, and genuinely enjoys the variety that comes with a role that looks different every day.

Originally from Warwick, Mikayla moved to Toowoomba for school and now calls the region home. What she loves most about RealWay? The team. It feels less like an office and more like a big family, which shows the moment you walk through the door.

Outside of work, you'll find her with family and friends, hanging out with her puppy Charlie, or hunting down her next great meal.
