Mikayla is the friendly face (and voice) you’ll usually meet first at RealWay.

New to the real estate world, Mikayla was drawn to the people side of the job — building trust, solving problems, and helping things run smoothly behind the scenes. She’s super organised, loves a good chat, and genuinely enjoys making clients feel welcomed and looked after.

Originally from Warwick, Mikayla moved to Toowoomba for school and now calls the region home. What she loves most about RealWay? The team. It feels less like an office and more like a big family — which shows the moment you walk in.

Outside of work, you’ll find her spending time with family and friends, hanging out with her puppy Charlie, or hunting down her next great meal. (Big foodie energy!)
