Originally from Emmaville in NSW and now a proud Toowoomba local, Leesh thrives on the fact that no two days are ever the same. She’s all about helping people, solving problems, and keeping the landlord–tenant balance in check. When she’s not juggling tasks at RealWay, she’s off chasing sunshine and making memories with her two kids—often in a caravan, at the beach, or cheering from the sidelines at footy.
