Lara is the friendly face tenants instantly feel comfortable with. She has a natural way of connecting with people, bringing a warm, down-to-earth approach to every inspection and every conversation. Clear communication, genuine care, and a knack for reading the room make her a standout in supporting our Property Management team.

A long-time Toowoomba local, she knows the area well and loves being part of a team that feels supportive, fun, and full of good energy (and good snacks).

Outside of work, Lara is all about family; her partner and her kids are her world. She’s also a sushi lover and an avid reader who can happily disappear into a book for hours. Her goal? To help make every client interaction feel easy, simple, and well looked after.
