While Kim has spent the last seven years working as an agent, her passion for property goes back more than three decades. It began in Port Macquarie, where she discovered the joy of transforming homes, and has continued through years of buying, renovating and selling her own properties, from charming cottage renovations to restoring a Californian Bungalow in Brisbane. That hands-on experience gives her a unique perspective on what makes a property truly special and how to present it at its best.
