Kelly Walker

After years in agriculture, Kelly made the move into property, drawn in by the pace and energy she saw across Toowoomba's sales and rental markets. She chose RealWay for its reputation in this town: strong, positive, and always moving forward.

As administrator for RealWay's Property Management department, Kelly's the one who takes the fine print off everyone else's plate. The general inbox, the constant stream of admin that keeps a department running, the parts of the job most people would call boring — Kelly's in her element there. She'd rather nut out the detail than skim past it, which means the property managers get to spend their time doing what they do best: looking after landlords and tenants, not chasing paperwork.

What Kelly loves most about RealWay is the team around her: progressive, supportive, and genuinely invested in each other's success.

Originally from Townsville, Kelly finished high school in Brisbane before eventually settling in Toowoomba, drawn to its blend of country warmth and small-city convenience.

Outside work, Kelly spends her time with family and friends, restores vintage Vespas (she's decided she's too old for the big bikes now), and walks her two dogs, Buttons and Bows. She's incredibly proud of her twin daughters and their partners, enjoys getting lost in a good book, and counts Italy among her favourite places to holiday.
