Julie is one of the friendly faces behind our routine inspections, completing three-monthly inspections and detailed entry reports to make sure everything is documented properly from day one. Calm, observant, and great with people, Julie has a knack for making inspections feel less stressful and more human.
After 34 years in commercial lighting sales and a big life reset, Julie retrained in real estate and hasn’t looked back. She understands renting from both sides, values clear communication, and genuinely cares about tenants feeling heard and respected.
Outside of work, Julie’s a proud mum, movie lover, animal enthusiast, and occasional candle-maker. Fair warning: she’s also accidentally become President of more than one committee — coffee meetings can be dangerous.
