Gracie leads the Prosperity Pod at RealWay Property Partners, working alongside Leesh Gray (Maintenance & Tenant Liaison) and Bri Spies (Inspections) to look after her portfolio of landlords. She has been part of the RealWay team for over three years.

As Senior Relationship Manager, Gracie is the first point of contact for every property in her care, but never the only one. Her pod stays across inspections, maintenance and tenant liaison at all times, so landlords always have an informed, consistent team behind them, rather than one manager trying to juggle everything alone.
