About Grace
Grace Hilder works alongside Matthew Barr as his Sales Associate, keeping his campaigns moving from listing through to settlement so his sellers always have someone across the details.
She brings more than 18 years in local real estate to the role. Grace started in 2006 as a receptionist and has since worked across sales administration, leasing, senior property management, marketing and business development, most recently leading RealWay's property management team as Director. Along the way she has earned several state awards, including Business Development Manager of the Year, Property Manager of the Year and Marketing Excellence.
Years on the property management side mean Grace knows what owners worry about, and she brings that understanding to every seller she works with.
Outside the office, Grace enjoys horse riding, fishing, beach trips and time with her husband and young son.
