Ella is the first friendly face you'll see when you walk through the door at RealWay, and that's no accident. With two years in real estate and a genuine love of people, she brings warmth and calm to what can be a pretty busy environment.

She was drawn to RealWay for the same reasons most clients stay: the reputation speaks for itself, and the team backs it up. For Ella, the best part of the job is straightforward: making people feel welcome and leaving them with a good experience, whether they're a first-time buyer or a long-term client.

A Toowoomba local of 17 years, Ella keeps life outside the office just as full. She trains at the gym, runs, does Pilates, and is currently studying a Bachelor of Creative Design at university. Fun fact: she's currently studying a Bachelor of Creative Design, completing her Pilates instructor cert, and has two years of real estate training under her belt. Honestly, we can't wait to find out what she takes on next.
