Annette Neil

As General Manager, Annette Neil looks after the inner workings of RealWay. Sales, Property Management and every team that supports them all run through her, and her job is making sure they work as one business, so the service you get doesn't change depending on which part of RealWay you deal with.

It's a role she was built for. Annette started out as an accountant, so she reads a business through its numbers first. Real estate found her in 2014, and within a decade she was CEO and principal of her previous agency, leading a team of 25 across residential and commercial property management, holiday letting and sales. She has already run every division she now oversees.

She also brings hands-on property development experience, working alongside developers from the first feasibility numbers through to civil construction and project completion.

A 2024 tree change brought Annette and her family down from the Whitsundays, though Toowoomba was hardly new to them after 14 years of family visits. Outside of work, you'll find her with her husband and teenage sons, or out on the court throwing a basketball around.
