After a 2024 tree change brought Annette Neil to Toowoomba for its temperate climate, she quickly found a new home with the RealWay team. Having left the tropical Whitsundays, Annette and her family are embracing all Toowoomba has to offer, a place they’ve come to know well over 14 years of family visits.

Annette brings a wealth of experience and expertise to her role, leading and expanding our sales team. With a background as an accountant, Annette’s real estate journey began unexpectedly in 2014. Over a decade, she built an impressive career, eventually becoming CEO and principal at her previous agency, where she led a team of 25 across residential and commercial property management, holiday letting, and sales. Her comprehensive knowledge of real estate makes her an invaluable asset to RealWay.

Her experience in property development adds another layer to her expertise, enabling her to work seamlessly with developers from feasibility assessments to civil construction and project completion.
Annette is passionate about guiding the RealWay team to deliver exceptional client experiences and results in the Toowoomba market. Outside of work, you’ll find her enjoying time with her husband and teenage sons—or out on her Kawasaki Z1000 motorbike!
