Abbie is an integral part of our Investor Services team, assisting with the day-to-day admin that keeps everything moving. She brings calm, clarity, and full “I’ve-got-this” energy, freeing up Kelly and Tracey to focus on being the specialists on the ground.

A natural multi-tasker, Abbie keeps the backend running smoothly, jumps in wherever she’s needed, and makes the whole process feel seamless for landlords and new clients.

Since joining RealWay, she’s become known for her good vibes, genuine care, and for making every client feel heard. Always up for a chat, always ready to help—Abbie is the definition of dependable.

Outside of work, she’s all about family time and can usually be found cheering from the sidelines at a rugby league game. Her motto? Take every day as it comes—what’s meant for you won’t miss you.
