GIVEAWAY – TERMS & CONDITIONS

2. Eligibility:

  • Entry is open to all residents of Queensland aged 18 years or older.

  • Employees of RealWay Property Partners and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.

3. Entry Period:

  • The giveaway opens on 23 June 2023 and closes at 10AM AEST on Wednesday 9 July 2025.

  • Entries received outside this period will not be accepted.

4. How to Enter:

  • Like the official giveaway post on Facebook or Instagram.

  • Only one entry per person per platform is permitted.

5. Prize Details:

  • One (1) x State of Origin 2025 official jersey signed by Kalyn Ponga

  • Total prize value: Approx. $180 AUD.

  • The prize is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.

6. Winner Selection:

  • One winner will be drawn at random from all eligible entries.

  • The draw will take place on Wednesday 9 July 2025 at 10:00AM AEST.

  • The winner will be announced via elliotsells.realway and Instagram pages and contacted directly.

7. Collection of Prize:

  • The winner must respond within 7 days of being contacted.

  • The prize must be collected from RealWay Property Partners Toowoomba.

8. General Conditions:

  • This competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Meta, Facebook or Instagram.

  • By entering, you release Facebook and Instagram from any liability.

  • Entrants agree to have their first name and entry used for promotional purposes if selected as the winner.

  • No entry fee is required.

  • The promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process.

9. Record Keeping:

  • All records related to this promotion will be retained for at least 12 months as per Queensland law.
